Connectivity Services Inc. (CSI), a provider of telecom project management services, had invested large amounts of time and money in a complicated website designed by highly-skilled technicians. This site, however, lacked a real marketing message. CSI needed a creative approach to reach clients. Connectivity Services came to MZI Global Inc. with thousands of pages of material, four major services, and no defining connection in the content. MZI Global Inc. branded each service to create consistency and then took these thousands of pages of content and translated them into something the average consumer could understand. They were consolidated into a reasonable amount of content in order to effectively convey all that Connectivity Services could do for potential consumers.
