Overview:
MZI Global Inc. launched the Premier Website for a Finnish LCC. The new Finnish Low Cost Carrier (LCC), Flying Finn, desired to establish a strong online presence in order to develop their brand. They wanted to make potential customers aware that they offered the lowest fares on domestic flights and to selected European destinations. They also desired for this new website to provide complete customer service and travel information in order to minimize phone inquiries. MZI Global Inc. delivered an effective site that successfully met all of the client’s objectives.
Situation Analysis:
- In order to minimize costs we had no face to face interaction with our long distance client
- Three month deadline to complete the website
- Flying Finn’s main objective for the website was to sell 70% of their flights through the Internet using the online booking system
