The Forum’s Children Foundation is a charitable foundation that reaches out to children all over the world to provide them with life-saving surgery and medical supplies.  They approached MZI Global with a desire to revamp their image.  The Foundation wanted us to refurbish their marketing tools and to spearhead their Public Relations efforts.

Situation Analysis:

  • The Foundation’s direct response mailers needed a more personal and emotionally appealing approach
  • The Foundation’s mission to save lives needed to be communicated
  • There was a need of a compelling overall marketing campaign 

Marketing Challenge:

  • Raise awareness of substandard medical treatment in third world countries
  • Increase donations to save children who desperately need surgery
  • Create an updated marketing campaign that would meet objectives

  • Image Campaign:
    • Highlighted the Foundation’s mission to saving lives
    • Used vivid real life images in direct response marketing brochures to convey this positive image
    • The design and images were all distinctive and eye-catching, and integrated into all additional marketing materials
  • Launched a full Public Relations Campaign:
    • Created a PR package
  • Redesigned all literature 
  • Coordinated events designed to increase visibility of the Forum’s Children Foundation, i.e.:
    Fine Art Shows and a Charity banquet held in honor of heroes from the September 11th attacks
  • Established partnerships between Forum and other charitable organizations
  • Used Ethnosynergism® to create emotional and appealing messages conveying the desired image

Results:

  • The PR campaign was successful in significantly increasing the visibility of Forum’s Children Foundation among philanthropic circles
