Industry Trend Analysis

The Trend Analysis reveals both "jump" or "decline" in satisfaction levels and the reasoning behind such changes.  MZI Global plots aggregated data over time to observe apparent industry trends. We use ES® to examine cultural dynamism and study the impact of landmark events based on the underlying cultural orientation of consumers. Data gathered from our expert analysts provides information about customer satisfaction levels for cost/benefit evaluation.

Thorough knowledge of the industry wherein the new venture is targeted, is of supreme importance. MZI Global presents an inside out analysis of past, present and possibly future trends of the industry where the new product is targeted. The Trend Analysis module allows us to plot aggregated data over time and see the time trend that has been apparent in the industry. More specifically, we identify market events as landmarks and further investigate them to gain a better understanding of the market. Much of our reading of the trends is based on cultural dynamism or Ethnosynergism. 

These marketing events can be anything from product or service enhancements and upgrades to general communications to the consumers in that particular industry. We study the impact of such events within the underlying cultural orientation of consumers. Such a Trend Analysis can not only reveal the "jump" or "decline" in satisfaction levels of the customers but also provides reasons for the same. This can also be used to simulate, by using focus groups or a representative sample, the potential increase or decrease in satisfaction levels. This data can be further used for various cost/benefit analyses.
